Reporting Hotline
At Relay Resources, people are at the heart of what we do. Each of us has something significant to offer and together, we can accomplish amazing things. In order to achieve our goals, we hold ourselves and each other to high standards of ethics, integrity and professionalism.
We are committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We encourage you to share your questions, concerns, suggestions or complaints with your supervisor. If you are not comfortable speaking with your supervisor or are not satisfied with your supervisor’s response, we encourage you to speak to the next level of management, human resources (HR), or anyone in management with whom you feel comfortable.
In situations in which you need another way to communicate, we encourage you to use this hotline, hosted by a third-party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. You may submit reports relating to violations of Employee Handbook policies, or any other Relay policies, procedures, or practices, including our How We Work Together Commitments. You may also ask for guidance related to policies and procedures and provide positive suggestions for improvement.
Your communications on this hotline can be completely anonymous if you choose. You don’t have to tell us who you are or exactly where you work, but your voice will be heard.
See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.

EthicsPoint is NOT a 911 or Emergency Service
Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.
For non-emergency work injuries, please call 1-800-775-5866 to reach MedCor, a 24-hour hotline where specially trained nurses will take your report of injury and direct you in the next steps of care.
