IPM Is Now Managing Relay’s Affordable Housing Properties

 

In 2024, Relay Resources partnered with Income Property Management Company (IPM), a property management group with over 40 years of experience in Portland, Ore., to improve our tenants’ living experience at our affordable housing properties.

Physical payments can be mailed to IPM or dropped off at the designated office for your property.
